A newly renovated pub famed for its impressive history as a music venue. Still includes a wide variety of live bands as well as serving hearty food with an outdoor barbecue in summer

Well-renowned Japanese restaurant. Offers a sit-in restaurant and the option of takeaway. Fresh sushi, ranging from the traditional to the contemporary can be found on their menu

Brilliant family-run Thai restaurant offering a wide range of classic Thai dishes.Excellent value lunch menu, which is £6.95 for a dish with rice or noodles.Fresh, simple and tasty.


The Putney Wharf Area

This newly renovated area of Putney features an excellent selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants with gorgeous views of the Thames, one of our favourites is The Rocket.

Worth a visit look at The Boathouse Putney another great place to eat and drink.


The Red Lion, 2 Castelnau, (Barnes) 020 8748 2984

With a gorgeous beer garden in Summer and roaring log fires in Winter, this pub provides a lovely atmosphere all year round and traditional British pub food. Can be reached by a lovely walk along the river towpath. Just take the turning for the Wetlands Centre and follow through to Barnes.


The Thai Square, 2 - 4, Lower Richmond Road 020 8780 1811

With panoramic views over the River Thames, Thai Square Putney Bridge is situated in the award winning building of Putney Bridge with an interior designed to create a contemporary Thai theme.

With awards from the Royal Institute of Architecture, the American Institute of Architecture and Wandsworth Corporation, this is one of the most uniquely styled buildings in London. The exterior of this building resembles a ship with metal beams and tall glazed windows allow diners stunning views across the river. Open til late, occasional night club.
